Pre-k still had their Halloween party but a little distanced. We played bingo, ate treats, made paper candy corn, and played pumpkin walk.

PGS Parents - As it continues to get colder, please let us know if your child is in need of a coat, hat, and/or gloves. We have several, but if we don’t have your child’s size we can get it. 🧤🧣

Would you be interested in ordering poinsettias this year? This DOES NOT mean you are ordering them now. We are simply seeing how many interests we have before we decide to do this fundraiser. Please, fill out the attached Google form to let us know if you are interested. The poinsettias are red and will be $8 each. We will have pick up times, where you can pick them up at Potomac Grade School on a date closer to Christmas. If we have enough interests, we will go forward with them, but they must be paid for when ordering. Thank you for your continued support of our school! https://forms.gle/odWpEd4YGQY99cme7

On Thursday, November 5th, the PGS 4th-8th graders are participating in the first ever PGS5K Walk/Run/Race, and we would like to invite their parents to come see them compete. On 5K day, there will be designated areas for the parents to stand and cheer on their runner. The 5K starts at 9:00am, we would encourage everyone to be parked and in place by 8:45am due to our parking lots both being part of the 5K course. Since we will be outside, masks are not required, but will be necessary if you want to interact with students after their 5K. Social Distancing will also be required while spectating. The event will be over by 10:30am at the latest.
