Kindergarten got to play with our family of musical frogs. The giant frog makes a low sound, and the baby frog makes a high sound.



Congratulations to Aleyah Carley, Elle Jameson, and Adisyn McCarty for being recognized today at the Illinois Principals Association Student Recognition Ceremony! Students who receive this award are being recognized for their outstanding excellence in academics, leadership, and for just being a great kid!

Potomac Grade School 3rd through 8th grade students will be taking the IAR tests the week of April 3-6.
Students in 5th and 8th grade will also be taking the ISA tests the week of April 10-14.
All make-up testing will take place April 10-14.
It is very important that all students are at school and on time during the next two weeks!

Mrs. Ingalsbe's 5th grade class enjoyed a friendly competition of accurately answering review questions about the Water Cycle. It was a great opportunity to get our bodies moving while doing school work!

It was wear your favorite band shirt today. Leah and I picked the same band, Guns and Roses! Really liking Emmitt's Queen shirt as well!



Some of the first graders were successful in getting the leprechauns to the pot of gold. A big thank you to a few sixth graders who helped us avoid the traps while block coding with variables of speed and distance on our Sphero Bolts. (Videos of successful runs are on our Facebook page.)




NO BOARD GAME CLUB TOMORROW! We will resume after spring break!

Mrs. Ingalsbe's 5th grade class had an exciting week watching their chicks hatch... The chicks must have been exhausted from all they learned in class this week because they enjoyed some naps on some of the kids! 🐣
